North Made Studio were appointed by their client, Plumlife, to produce a set of marketing images for a new residential site in Royton. Internal imagery is key to securing off plan sales, so the CGIs themselves must appeal to their target market.

The interior design concept was bright, light and airy allowing for the CGIs to be visually appealing on websites and hoardings.

North Made Studio were able to use lighting to ensure the images were warm and inviting. The use of the oven lighting, ceiling spotlights and natural lighting combined, made for a really inviting kitchen/diner effect. The buyer could certainly imagine entertaining friends or having a bustling family breakfast!

The lounge scene was improved with the use of lower level lighting, alluding to perhaps later in the afternoon. The warmth of the natural lighting, with the laid back attitude to dressing the image (the throw on the sofa and slight ruffle to the rug) ensured the image wasn’t perfectly dressed – no family home ever is!
